How to Track Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number provided in your email to check the delivery status of your package.
If you have not received tracking information yet, your order may still be processing or preparing for shipment.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received by our system.
If you do not see your order confirmation email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@glovesgears.com.
Estimated Shipping Time
Our estimated shipping time is 10 to 12 business days.
Gloves Gears boxing gloves are manufactured through our production unit in Pakistan and shipped to customers in the United States. This shipping timeline allows time for processing, quality checking, packing, and delivery.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
When Will Tracking Update?
Tracking information may not update immediately after the tracking number is created. In some cases, tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking number is not updating right away, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.

Delayed Orders
While we work to deliver orders within the estimated shipping timeframe, delays may sometimes happen. Common reasons for delays include carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside our control.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and our team will help review the order status.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please make sure your name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, email, and phone number are accurate before placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check:

- Building reception or front desk
- Neighbors or household members
- Any safe place where the carrier may have left the package
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, we will help review the issue and guide you through the next steps. Resolution may depend on the shipping carrier’s tracking status and investigation process.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
