1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.
If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, accessories, and packaging materials must be included.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email.
Boxing gloves and training gear are personal-use products. For hygiene and safety reasons, used, worn, damaged, altered, or heavily handled items may not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Used or worn boxing gloves
- Items with visible signs of use, odor, stains, sweat marks, scratches, or damage
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned without tags, labels, or accessories
- Customized or personalized products

6. Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective product.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned according to our return policy.

We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed. However, once an order has entered processing, manufacturing, packing, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing information, or failure to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any carrier fees.
